A virtual drive mounts on your desktop like a local hard drive pointing to a storage source — Symply NEBULA, an S3-compatible cloud, or a shared local directory. Upload, download, and stream directly from it over standard internet, from any location.
A connection links a storage source to your CENTARA workspace — either a cloud storage account (any S3-compatible provider) or a local directory shared from a user's machine or NAS. Each connection creates a virtual drive accessible to authorised users.
Every user contributes 250GB to a shared account-level NEBULA pool. Storage above the pool total is billed at $14.99/TB/month flat. No per-user allocations, no tiering, no egress fees — ever.
The Transfer Server connects your on-prem storage — NAS, SAN, local drives — to remote users at speeds up to 10 Gbps. Users can upload to it, stream from it, or mount it as a virtual drive using encrypted, error-corrected, guaranteed-delivery transfers. The customer provides hardware and network.
NEBULA is Symply's own S3-compatible cloud storage — built into CENTARA and available as an add-on. It's flat-rate with no egress fees, no API charges, and no surprises. Available across US, UK, EU, and APAC regions with automatic replication and object locking included.
